Armada Media ("we," "us," or "our") provides social media advertising and content distribution services for streamers and content creators. Our services include placing your content across our network of social media pages on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to generate views and engagement.
We offer tiered campaign packages with minimum guaranteed view counts as described on our website. All view counts represent minimum guarantees — actual delivery may exceed the stated minimums. Campaign delivery is typically completed within 7 business days of campaign launch.
If a campaign does not meet the minimum guaranteed view count within the stated delivery window, we will rerun the campaign at no additional cost until the minimum is met. This guarantee applies to the total aggregate views across all platforms included in the campaign.
Full payment is required before campaign launch. All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via the methods specified during the checkout or onboarding process. All sales are final once a campaign has been launched, except as covered by our Views Guarantee.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted for distribution complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates platform guidelines. We do not guarantee that distributed content will remain on third-party platforms indefinitely.
We provide post-campaign analytics reports for all packages. Reports include view counts, engagement metrics, and placement details. While we strive for accuracy, third-party platform metrics may vary and are subject to each platform's own reporting methodologies.
Armada Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific campaign in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, followers, or streaming opportunities.
You retain all rights to your content. By submitting content for distribution, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute, display, and promote your content across our network for the duration of the campaign. This license terminates upon campaign completion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
